Frequently asked questions
Do I need a credit card for the Free plan?
No. The Free plan is completely free and requires no payment method. You can upgrade at any time when you need more capacity.
What happens when I exceed my limit?
On the Pro plan, overages are billed automatically: €0.01 per additional availability check and €0.05 per additional order. You receive a notification at 80% of your limit. On the Free plan, requests are rejected once the limit is reached (HTTP 429).
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Switching from Pro to Free is possible at any time.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. With annual billing you pay only €79/month instead of €99/month - a saving of 20% or two months free.
What is the difference between sandbox and production?
The sandbox environment simulates all API endpoints with realistic test data, without placing real orders with wholesalers. It is ideal for development, testing, and CI/CD pipelines. The production environment communicates with the real MSV3 systems of the wholesalers.
